Ordering Information

To order

You can order your freshly made bespoke cakes, sweet treats and desserts from our website, over the phone or pop in and see us up to 60 days ahead, and as little as ordering 3 working days before you'd like your cake, please use the calendar to choose your desired collection date. We make your products fresh to order with all natural ingredients in our baking deport; Rustic Cakes Cornwall, Unit 3, GWR Yard, Penwinnick Road, St.Agnes, Cornwall, TR5 0PD All our celebration cakes and loaf cakes are made to order and are fully enabled to be bespoke, order online or if you'd prefer to order over the phone, please do contact us.

Cake delivery is still not available at present, all cakes are available for collection only from our baking deport above. We do not offer next day collection at this time, generally there is a 72 hour lead-time from the time of placing your order.

*During busy periods we will put a notice on our website to advise of any delays, this is most likely around Christmas time, if you are unsure please contact us.

Of course we understand that you can have a sweet emergency, so if time is not on your side it is best to call our baking deport on 01872 553 933 and see what they have available for you to collect.

Nationwide Delivery (Postal Traybakes & Cake Slabs)

Dispatched Tuesdays & Thursdays

We use Royal Mail to send our treats nationwide. We carefully package each item before leaving us, to make sure they’ll get to you safe and sound.

Our bespoke cakes are not available to be posted nationwide, but we have smaller postable cakes and plenty of goodies and small treats that are perfect for gifts and events that can be shipped around the UK.

Packaging

Bespoke Celebration Cakes: Eco-friendly cardboard box.
Postal Sweet Treats: We pack the items tight inside the shipping box, that receives a Fragile sticker for extra care.

Confirmation

We confirm every order by e-mail, so you can see full details and keep track of it. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, first check your spam box to see if it got delivered there by mistake. If not, contact us at least 48 hours before your order is due to be delivered to confirm everything is alright.

Please ensure that your nominated collection date is shown on your confirmation email.

Cancellation & Amendments

They can be made 48 working hours (weekdays) before your order is due. For shorter period, please contact us so we can understand if it's possible to help. Please note once your order has been processed and you have received tracking information, we are unable to make any amendments to your order.
